*Cancellation Policy: Clients are expected to attend all scheduled meetings. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule a meeting should do so 24 hours in advance. Clients who do not cancel /reschedule within 24 hours will be invoiced $100, separate from their pool of hours. 
 
In the rare event that Ashley would need to cancel or reschedule her meeting with you, she will do so at least 24 hours in advance. If it is done less than 24 hours prior to the meeting, she will grant you a credit for 30 complimentary minutes, added to your account.
